This personal portfolio presents work, expertise, products and spare-time projects. Its content is general information, not an offer, commitment, consultancy or professional recommendation.

3. Intellectual property

The text, images, design, source code, product names and identifiers are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property rights belonging to Mika Peltomaa or third parties. You may read and link to pages normally. Copying, modifying, republishing or commercially exploiting content without written permission is prohibited. Brief quotation with attribution and a link is permitted where consistent with good practice. Use of the site's content to train AI models without separate permission is prohibited.

The site is intended to remain available, but availability is not guaranteed. It may be unavailable for maintenance, faults or other reasons without notice. Content, structure and URLs may change or be removed.

10. Law and disputes

Finnish law applies. Disputes should first be resolved through negotiation. Failing settlement, disputes are decided by the Satakunta District Court, without limiting a consumer's mandatory right to bring proceedings in their home court or refer a matter to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board.
